Returns & exchanges
No fabric can be exchanged or refunded.
All non-fabric goods may be returned, for exchange only, in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt. The product(s) must be sent back to us at the client’s cost, accompanied by all the legal, fiscal documents upon purchase. Once we receive back the product(s), they will pass through quality control and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the client. Please note that in case of an exchange the new product(s) bought must have the same or bigger price than the product(s) returned.
Return of defected items
Fabrics or any other product with a defect may be exchanged or returned for a refund. Such product(s) should be returned to us at the client’s cost within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by all the legal, fiscal documents upon purchase. Once we receive back the defected item(s), they will pass through quality control and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the customer. On the occasion of a refund we shall provide you within 14 days with a full refund of the price paid for the defected item. On the occasion of an exchange, any new product(s) bought must have the same or bigger price than the product(s) returned.

Prices and availability of all of our products are subject to change at any time. We try to ensure that all details, descriptions, prices and availability which appear on this site are correct. If we discover an error in price of any good(s) you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
